  • Regis is a great entertainer and a great person. I've been fortunate to have met him twice and both times he was funny, gracious and a gentleman. I'll miss him, but he needs to move out to California and spend time with those two grandkids.

  • Burning the Quran would serve no meaningful purpose; it would only "fan the flames of hate." The church has a right to do it though.

  • I don't know if Lance did or did not dope, but it seems that Greg LeMond is bent on ANYTHING to discredit Lance. There's a long history of Greg's jealousy (?) of Lance. I guess he didn't like being replaced as the greatest American cyclist.

  • I used to fly a lot, now I drive almost everywhere because it's just too much of a hassle/expense to deal with the airlines.

  • Jimmy is a great driver and (though I don't care for him) he has a great crew chief, but if you remove the COT and particularly you go back to the old points system for determining the championship, Jimmy doesn't have but MAYBE one championship and certainly not four.
